About

Gather up to 14 guests in this spacious five-bedroom home directly across from Paris Mountain State Park. Walk five minutes to the waterfall and trails, then return to two living rooms, a game room with ping pong, a stocked kitchen, and a private patio with a gas grill and fire pit. Greenville, Travelers Rest, and Greer are an easy drive away. We do have a second property right behind this one should you have additional guests. Please inquire for details.

*Designed for group getaways, this spacious home has five bedrooms and seven comfortable beds, sleeping up to 14 guests. Four bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level; the walkout basement adds a large open area, a bedroom with two queen beds, and a full bath. Enjoy room to spread out in two living rooms with large sectionals and three large TVs. The main-level primary bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, while the game room features a ping pong table. The stocked kitchen has what you need to cook, along with a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and dining table. In-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi add everyday convenience. Outdoor spaces include: • A large patio with outdoor furniture and dining area • Gas grill, fire pit, and cornhole • Front and back areas for reading or conversation • A private backyard that is not fully fenced For families, a Pack ’n play/travel crib, folding high chair, children’s dinnerware, board games, baby safety gates, and fireplace guards are available. Lake access is also available.

You’ll have private access to the home, including its front and back outdoor spaces. A circle driveway leads to the front door, and you may enter through the garage using the no-step entrance ramp. Free driveway parking is available for up to eight vehicles, with additional free street parking. Parking is also available near the back garage/shop, which is used only for storage. Self check-in is available via smart lock.

We have stayed at Shawna’s property last year and it was absolutely fantastic, so we decided to return. The open floor plan makes the space feel welcoming, and having 7 beds — all super comfortable, especially the king beds — was perfect for our group. The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. We loved having the outdoor space to relax in the afternoons. Shawna is a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and made sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, space, and a peaceful setting!
