Master bedroom has a 12" Green Tea Memory Foam King bed with an ensuite walk-in shower and TV 2nd bedroom has the same king mattress with a TV 3rd bedroom has two 12" Memory Foam Full beds. Central Guest Bathroom with Tub/Shower Hi Speed Internet and desk area. Keurig pods and coffee pot, filters, Onsite washer & dryer laundry soap, spacious kitchen stocked with spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, Ninja blender, garbage bags, ziplocks, toilet paper, and paper towels. One large TV in the main living room, as well as a second TV in the family room. Large bathpatio space with fire pit, outdoor tables and seating, gas grill, corn hole and ping pong in the garage. We offer firewood too! Great outdoor spaces on the front and back for reading a book or enjoying conversations with friends and family! The mural on the side of our home was painted by my daughter. :)

Other Details to Note

A very quiet area. Because we are near the state park, be aware that we sometimes see wildlife nearby. 1 mile drive from the Park entrance, short mile walk to the waterfall. You will need to buy a day pass if you drive your car in. Walk straight out the front door and cross the street and you will catch a large trail that leads straight to the waterfall and lake.

Five stars for Shawna and her property. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the home was perfect for a family gathering. It was spacious and well maintained. Shawna was very responsive in all communications and offered great recommendations for area eats and activities. Great place and excellent host.

Perfect stay. The location is so peaceful and only a short drive to the city. Beautiful decorated, thoughtfully stocked , with quality bath towels and linens! I felt instantly at home. I hope to book again when I visit the area next year.

This place was magical!! Shawna has gone above and beyond to make sure her guests are well- taken care of….from the beautiful decor to all the little touches. I chose this location because my niece was married at Paris Mountain State Park. My best friend and I were able to easily walk to the the waterfall facing State Park Road — we took a short hike around the lake. Friday evening we met up with some of my family for dinner a short drive down the road in Travelers Rest. Saturday before the wedding we explored downtown Greenville which was a short 15-20 minutes away. Shawna was very communicative and checked on us to see if we needed anything. The only thing we needed was more time at this peaceful retreat!! I can’t say enough about how nice our time was at this most welcoming home away from home.

We had a lovely visit. We utilised the fire pit, the well stocked kitchen and even walked down the road to Paris Mountain State Park. . This is the cutest, most picturesque little spot for a girls weekend or a family. Thank you!

My sister and I agreed that Shawna’s place was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we have both stayed in some very nice places over the years! It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, in a quiet and pretty rural neighborhood just up the street from the Paris Mountain State Park. It had super comfortable furniture and beds and had everything you could ever need and then some! We liked how light switches were labeled and directions on how to lift and lower the shades were posted. We enjoyed the fire pit, ping pong table and the variety of hang out spaces. There was a front porch, back patio and 2 living spaces. The home was a short drive to golf courses and downtown. The area had so much going on we couldn’t get to it all in our 3 day stay. We would love to come back and actually stay longer! The price was reasonable and if we had had 3 couples -it would have really been a bargain. We also appreciated Shawna’s responsiveness and local restaurant recommendations.

We loved our stay & would stay here again! My family loved that they had all the board games we have at home. Everything was so clean! My husband grilled out for us one night and commented how clean the grill was also. Can’t say enough great things about it! So grateful for a fun time in the Upstate & this place made it more fun for our family!

Shawna and Kent's property is superb. I feel like a Five Star rating is not enough for this home. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness - the attention to detail. I honestly have never been so comfortable away from home - and that says a lot. Not only is the house impeccable, another favorite feature of the property is that it is so quiet - so peaceful! We felt so safe in the neighborhood and loved passing the waterfalls and the horse farm going to and from the house. The location is excellent - just a short drive and then you are in downtown Greenville! We were in town for a soccer tournament and, I must say, I will be recommending we return so that we can book Shawna and Kent's house again! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and your outstanding communication - you made us feel so welcome - we are so appreciative! Your home really made our trip the best it could have been!

We were in the area for a family wedding. We were very pleased and comfortable throughout our entire experience with our host Shawna. Communication was effective and efficient. Accommodations and amenities were steller. The surrounding area is scenic and peaceful. From my perspective as a widely traveled person with ARBNB hosting experience I highly recommend this property!

Debra and I feel this was the best AirBnB house yet. The host were more than responsive, even proactive about our trip. We had everything we needed and fully enjoyed our 3 nights there. From sitting on the front porch with coffee in the rocking chairs in the morning to grilling hamburgers on the grill on the patio with our family. Not to mention across the street from Paris Mt State park. Bed’s were comfortable and the family enjoyed the ping pong table. The WiFi was even stronger than my home. Debra really loved the floor plan which was great for a large family spending time together. I highly recommend this AirBnB home.

This house was perfect for our family of 4! The place was spotless and tastefully decorated with no unnecessary clutter (which is important with 2 small kiddos). Beds were super comfortable. We especially appreciated all the details, like large fluffy towels, cozy blankets, firewood for the fire pit, and everyday essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, new dish sponge, dish soap, etc). Great location - peaceful, safe area, right down the street from Paris Mtn state park. Shawna was super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again if we return to Greenville.
